Leadership Team

Kevin Kristof

PRESIDENT
Kevin joined DFW Test while studying Electrical Engineering in 1998. He started in manufacturing, gaining an intimate knowledge of the products and processes. Kevin was promoted to Manufacturing Manager before moving into Sales. His expertise and ability to match DFW Test’s services with customer needs was pivotal in the company’s growth and market expansion. As President, he is bringing the same passion and commitment to excellence in leading the organization to the next level.
Tim Durbin

VICE PRESIDENT
Tim Durbin has served as Vice-President since 2019. Prior to this, Tim managed multiple areas, including IT for 16 years and facilitated the implementation of the company’s robust ERP/MRP systems. He was also instrumental in developing the company’s Quality Management System and forged the path to ISO 9000 certification in 2012. Tim continues to play a vital role in technology integration, systems efficiency and refinement of our business processes.
Adrienne Sanchez

SALES MANAGER
Adrienne brings with her a wealth of sales experience spanning over 25 years across various industries. While in HeavyDuty Packaging, a subsidiary of Tri-Wall Japan, she built the Sales department from its inception, ultimately achieving the role of VP of Sales. After moving to Standard Cable, a global provider of wire and cable products, she contributed to the company’s sales growth of over 200%. She is now leveraging her skills and capabilities to drive DFW Test’s sales vision forward.
Byron Dutton

QUALITY MANAGER
Byron Dutton became part of the DFW Test Leadership team in February 2022. He serves as Quality Assurance Manager and Process Engineer. Byron’s knowledge and expertise from 30+ years in the Aerospace, Defense, Medical and Commercial industries are a remarkably important contribution towards our company’s continued growth. His leadership and emphasis on customer satisfaction has led to exceptional quality and through-put of our products and services.
Doug Shuey

ENGINEERING MANAGER
With over 35 years of experience, Doug is a prominent figure in the semiconductor industry. Renowned for his pioneering contributions, he has conceptualized wafer probing and socket testing solutions, revolutionizing testing methodologies within the field. His impact extends globally, having supported high-volume production test floors worldwide. His expertise and leadership are a crucial cornerstone for our team's growth and continued success.

David Miley

FOUNDER

David Miley founded DFW Test Incorporated in 1992. From its initial roots as a cantilever probe card company, David grew DFW Test into a premier service provider offering full turn-key hardware solutions for the semiconductor market including PCB Design, Components assembly, Fabrication, as well as Probe Cards. David served as President until 2019 when he transitioned to the role of Engineering Manager. David is the holder of multiple patents for probe card technologies.
